The very "Heart and Soul" of any golf club are the original records, early suggestion and meeting books that give existing members, and interested parties, a unique insight into the thoughts and feelings of members from a bygone age. In many cases these documents are in a frail condition, and may be regarded by present members with indifference. That is until they are lost or destroyed. Then they become as precious as the crown jewels! We can photo archive them in such a way that a justifiable claim could be made to replicate and replace them into a new bound volume.
